About Kathleen:

Kathleen recently completed her PhD in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods at Claremont Graduate University in Southern California. She is passionate about democratic approaches to evaluation, mixed methodologies, infusing strategic planning into evaluation design, and building evaluation capacity. Kathleen is an enthusiastic member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA) and serves as the Research on Evaluation (RoE) Program Co-Chair. When Kathleen is not dabbling in the wonderful world of evaluation, she enjoys outdoorsy adventures in her majestic homeland of Colorado, experimenting in the kitchen, and long-distance running.
